RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. When contacting us, please provide your order number or the email address used to place the order.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at support@craftyfipacks.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send your order back to the address shown on the original package, as this may not be our designated return location.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS AND INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos showing the issue so that we can evaluate the problem and provide an appropriate solution.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products and items that cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons where applicable.

Please contact us at support@craftyfipacks.com if you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible for return.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

The easiest way to exchange an item is to contact us first at support@craftyfipacks.com.

If your return is accepted, you may return the original item according to the instructions we provide and place a separate order for the new item.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping arrangements and instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and accepted.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for returns made because of a change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so that we can review the issue and provide the appropriate instructions.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If applicable, and where required by law, customers in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days without providing a reason.

This statutory right applies in addition to any other rights available under applicable law.

To qualify, the item must be returned in the condition required by applicable law. Please contact us at support@craftyfipacks.com before returning any item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@craftyfipacks.com.

CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@craftyfipacks.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
